Eye Allergies

Eye allergies often happen in combination with nasal diseases, also known as allergic conjunctivitis. This can occur seasonally or throughout the year. Pollen, animal dander, perfumes, pollution, and smoke from cigarettes are common triggers. There are several therapies available to treat this problem effectively, including antihistamines, nonprescription and prescription eye drops as well as immunotherapy.
